The tactile nature of clay allows for creativity to be expressed through form, but also can facilitate a therapeutic experience that releases energy, eases the mind, can regulate emotions and bring you more deeply into your body by engaging your muscles and motor skills. If you are looking for a new creative outlet or want to learn more about the healing potentials of working with clay, Nina is now offering one-on-one and small group ceramic lessons in her studio located in the historical 1920's high school on the island in the French Broad River, in Marshall, NC.

As a full-time artist, Nina has experience with a multitude of creative endeavors that have helped her develop the skillsets and tools to move through creative blocks and self-doubt. Some examples of this include creating multiple bodies of work, exhibiting my art nationally & internationally, creating two art businesses, teaching ceramics, curating art shows, and mentoring creative individuals on their journey. Over the years, she has worked with a wide range of students at all stages of their creative path. Whether it be an artist, stay-at-home parent, or working in the corporate world, we are all called to live a creative life!
